About Andy
Andy began arranging finance in the late 1990’s for a Private Healthcare founder who, were acting as Principal lenders. Two years later he moved to a brokerage and immediately realised the benefits of having access to a diverse panel of lenders, rather than being tied to just one.
Andy started his own brokerage, Corporate And Medical Finance Ltd (CMF) in September 2001. Joined by sister company, Corporate And Medical Asset Finance Ltd in 2007. The final company of the group Professions Finance Ltd was formed in 2009 to protect the name for future use. Now the economic conditions are right, Professions Finance Ltd began trading in 2015.
Skillset
Start up funding – Raising funding for all styles of new businesses, from start up capital, to equipment and premises fit outs.
Professions Finance – Arranging funding for the needs of the Paper and Medical professions. Including Short term cash flow loans, working capital, Case funding, partner buy in and buy out, Practice Refurbishments.
Refurbishment projects – Typically projects ranging from £50,000 upwards. Including Manufacturing Plants, Pharmacy Refits, Warehouses, Beauty Spas, Medical
Practices and Offices.
Dealing with People – The biggest challenge. Meeting or exceeding expectations of clients is a personal goal and the goal of CMF.
